about half of the freeway exits i get off at have someone there begging.
in the past i felt they were only hitting me up for money to by drugs or booze so i rarely handed them any.
in this economy i'm wondering if some of them aren't really in need of something to eat.
One Time, I was inside an ATM machine room in the downtown area and saw a homeless man sleeping there all alone. I was originally going to take $60.00 from my account, instead I took $80. I gave the homeless man $20 while he was laying there and I put the rest of my money in my pocket.

i knew a few jws (including some of my family members) who would go clubbing, concerts, play sports ,watch rated r movies and go to party's with "worldy" people.
at the same time, managed to live life in the "truth" (such as field service, give talks, hold the mic during the wt study, etc.).
